When my last developer left us hanging with the development of our custom Joomla project there were a lot of components and extensions that were left without documentation and the ability to safely keep everything up to date without parts of my site breaking down. I have reached out to at least 5 so called Joomla experts, here in the US and overseas but as soon as i came across The Turn Group and sent them my requirements they knew exactly what i needed and made me feel very comfortable about the needed upgrades. They were experts as they said, particularly on the K2 extension for Joomla and had no problem identifying all the custom work we did on it very quickly. Even at their higher US prices for development, the quote was far cheaper then some overseas companies and that is hard to find. Over all i am very satisfied, their communication is very fast, many times within the hour, they completed the project on the time frame they said they would and everything went very smoothly. Next time i need a true Joomla expert this is my team!

After utilizing an outsourced company for web development we knew our site was shaky at best. Thinking that it would still perform as it should, I went ahead and booked a client presentation and demonstration for our site and services, only to find out 24 hours in advance that our site was a shell of what it should have been. I contacted the Turn Group when an 8 year old Drupal website that had been developed and maintained by an outside developer, began to break down and became, essentially unusable for our clients. Our host at the time wanted to move us up to a 350 dollar per month dedicated server because our server had not been upgraded since 2006. I needed a new host and someone who could provide a migration path away from Drupal. Once I talked with Rodney, I knew that I had made a good decision. He evaluated my issues and offered solutions. Even as the project progressed and we both began to realize that the complexity was far beyond what we initially thought, he kept the thing moving and adjusted the plan. Our web site software provider recently had an update to its software. First of all the Turn Group made us aware of it which is very proactive and before I could respond requesting their advice on how to update the information they sent me an e mail stating that they had already incorporated the changes.
