How fast will I hear back?
Within one business day, almost always sooner. Messages sent during Monday-Friday business hours typically get a reply the same day. Weekend messages get a reply Monday morning. Existing hosting and support clients with an active SLA get response targets defined in the Service Level Agreement.
Do I need a budget figured out first?
No. If you do not know yet, just say so. We have built sites from $3,000 brochure builds to $250,000 custom platforms. A short call usually gets us to a realistic range fast.
Will I be talking to a salesperson?
No. The Turn Group is engineer-led. The person who replies is the same kind of person who will design and build your project. We do not outsource discovery to a call center.
