Frequently Asked

Things merchants ask before signing.

Which platform should I pick: Joomla/HikaShop, Woo, Magento, Shopify, or headless?

It depends on your catalog, team, and economics. Joomla + HikaShop is excellent for content-rich stores with custom flows. WooCommerce is the fastest path for SMB. Magento (Adobe Commerce) earns its keep at enterprise scale, especially for B2B. Shopify wins on time-to-launch and operational simplicity. Headless wins when speed and content composition are the top KPIs and you have engineering. We will run you through a scoring matrix in week one and pick the right tool, not the one we sell hardest.

Can you migrate my store without losing rankings or data?

Yes. Migrations are one of the highest-risk events in a store's life and we treat them as such. We map every URL, build the redirect graph, preserve link equity, refresh sitemaps, validate every product, customer, and order row, and monitor index transitions daily until traffic stabilizes. We have moved stores between Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, Joomla, BigCommerce, and custom legacy systems.

What does your checkout optimization actually do?

We audit your checkout against a 40-point friction checklist: field count, autofill, address validation, tax estimation timing, shipping clarity, payment options, wallet support, error messaging, mobile keyboard handling, trust signals, BNPL placement, and 3DS friction. Then we ship the prioritized fixes and A/B test the high-impact ones. Most stores see double-digit checkout conversion lift inside 90 days.

Which payment gateways and BNPL providers do you support?

Stripe, Authorize.Net, PayPal, Square, Braintree, Adyen, Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, and most regional gateways. We handle PCI-aware checkout flows, 3D Secure, tokenization, network tokens where supported, and fraud tooling integrations (Signifyd, Riskified, Stripe Radar).

Do you handle real-time tax and shipping?

Yes. We integrate Avalara, TaxJar, or Vertex for tax (US sales tax, EU VAT, cross-border duties), and connect UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, EasyPost, or ShipStation for shipping rates and labels. Multi-warehouse routing, dimensional weight, and customs paperwork are all part of the build.

Will my product pages get indexed and show up in AI search?

Yes. We deploy Product, Offer, Review, AggregateRating, BreadcrumbList, FAQ, and Article schema where relevant, validated against Google's Rich Results Test. We also run AI search visibility audits across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude so your catalog shows up where buyers actually search in 2026.

How do you measure success after launch?

We instrument GA4 with server-side tagging, plus a data layer that fires PDP views, add-to-cart, checkout steps, and purchases with full attribution. We stand up Looker Studio dashboards for revenue, AOV, CVR, CAC, LTV, and cohort retention so your team and our team look at the same numbers in the same room.

Can you run my store as a managed service?

Yes. Our managed hosting tier includes hardened infrastructure, WAF, daily backups, performance monitoring, patch cadence, and 24/7 incident response with an SLA. Most clients pair it with a monthly CRO retainer so the store keeps getting better after launch.

What is the smallest store you will take on?

We are most useful at the $250K+ annual revenue threshold or stores planning a replatform. Below that, we will still happily quote a Launch Store build, but a hosted SaaS template is often the smarter spend until you outgrow it. We will tell you that on the first call.
