Flexible Time. Our regular hourly rate (Flex Time) is $150/hr. As an agency partner, you receive a 17% discount, bringing your effective rate to $125/hr. The 1-month and 3-month plans are payable via check or wire transfer. At checkout, choose mail-in payment so that an invoice is produced.

You bring the RFP or RFQ
If you and your client have already done the preliminary work, send us a Request for Proposal or Request for Quote. We will analyze it, hold any required scoping meetings, and return an accurate, line-itemed quote.

We run the discovery first
No RFQ yet? We handle discovery meetings, research, analysis, and the construction of the RFQ itself as a consulting engagement. The deliverable is a quotable, executable scope of work your client can sign off on.

Will my clients ever know you exist?
No. Every engagement is governed by a mutual NDA. We can communicate under a business-neutral email address and contact line that routes to us. Deliverables ship in your branding, your logo, your colors. If you need a watermark, we use yours.
How quickly can you start a project?
For existing agency partners with hours on the books, we can begin same-day on short-cycle tasks. New partnerships typically move from first call to active production in 3 to 7 business days, including NDA execution, kickoff meeting, and tool access provisioning.
How do hours roll over between months?
Project block hours (10, 20, 40) are used until depleted, with no expiration as long as the relationship is active. Retainer hours (1-month and 3-month plans) are scheduled within their term, and any unused balance can roll forward into the next term by agreement.
Do you work on platforms we did not build?
Yes. Roughly 40% of our white-label intake is maintenance, rescue, or migration of sites originally built by someone else. We audit, document, and either stabilize what is there or migrate to a platform that fits the client better.
How are we billed?
Agencies are invoiced directly, in your accounting cycle. Project blocks are paid up front. Retainer plans (1-month, 3-month) accept check, wire transfer, or card. You mark up to your client at whatever rate the engagement supports.
What does the 10% hosting referral fee mean?
If your client lives on our managed hosting, you receive 10% of their hosting revenue for the life of the account, paid as a recurring agency commission. No cap, no expiration as long as the client remains active.
Can you white-label SEO and AI services too?
Yes. SEO (all 24 categories on our SEO services page), AI integration, content production, and even strategic consulting can all be resold under your brand. The same NDA covers everything.
What if I just want a one-off project, not an ongoing partnership?
One-off projects are welcome. Send us the RFP or RFQ and we will quote it. If you do not have a spec yet, we can run the discovery and RFQ construction as a consulting engagement at $125/hr.
Do you sign mutual NDAs?
Yes, always. We will sign yours, or you can sign ours, or we will negotiate a joint mutual NDA. No client work begins until an NDA is in place.
